Mostly, yes. Rescues, redesigns, speed work and CRO on live stores are our bread and butter — we build on a duplicated theme and nothing touches production until it's proven. Brand-new builds are welcome too.
Custom theme, or customise ours?+
Both are on the menu. If your store converts but creaks, we refactor what you have. If the theme is the ceiling, we design from a blank canvas — same tokens, sections and speed budget either way.
What does it cost?+
Fixed quotes for builds, a flat monthly for growth work. The blueprint you get after the first call carries a number and a date — if either moves, that's on us, not your invoice.
Who owns the theme and the apps?+
You do — completely. Code lives in your repo, apps sit on your Partner account, and every credential is yours from day one. Leaving us is a handover doc, not a hostage negotiation.
What happens after launch?+
We stay in the store. Monitoring, weekly numbers, small experiments that compound — and a human who answers when something looks off. Retainers are month to month; cancel any time.
