A well-followed home gadgets brand in Egypt had grown organically through social media—but only took orders via DMs and WhatsApp.
No website. No structured funnel.
They were managing everything manually: replying to messages, tracking orders in notebooks, and juggling conversations across platforms.
Sales were steady—but capped.
They knew they couldn’t scale with this setup.
Objectives
Turn their social media traffic into automated e-commerce sales
Build a high-converting Shopify store
Launch full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google
Set up automated email and SMS flows
Track performance and unify data
Make sales consistent—and scalable
Step 1: Building the E-Commerce Store
Shopify Store Launch
We designed and launched a custom Shopify store with:
Mobile-first design (90%+ of their traffic was mobile)
Clean product collections and filtering
Branded visuals, lifestyle demos, and icons
Clear CTAs: “Add to Cart”, “Buy Now”, “Limited Stock”
Arabic & English options for wider reach
Connected Shopify to Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GA4, and Conversion API
Email & SMS Structure
We built a full Klaviyo email & SMS system with automated flows:
Welcome Flow
Cart Abandonment
Browse Abandonment
Post-Purchase Flow (feedback + upsell)
Winback Flow (for inactive buyers)
Flash Sale SMS Campaigns
We also set up weekly email campaigns synced with promotions and product launches.
📈 Email/SMS revenue share by end of month 1: 27%
Step 2: Multi-Channel Paid Campaigns
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
We built a full-funnel campaign system:
Top of Funnel: UGC + branded product demos with viral hooks
Middle of Funnel: Retargeting video viewers, IG engagers, website visitors
Bottom of Funnel: Cart abandoners and initiate checkout audiences
Used Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC+) to test new audiences fast
Hooked into Shopify for dynamic product retargeting
📊 Meta Ads ROAS: 5.1 in the first month
TikTok Ads
Created vertical video content designed for virality
Used Spark Ads + influencer-style videos to drive discovery
Targeted cold interest audiences and retargeted engagers via TikTok Pixel
Included fast motion demos, packaging reveals, and “how to use” formats
📊 TikTok Ads ROAS: 3.9, and fed top-funnel traffic for Meta and Google
Google Ads
Built Performance Max campaign synced with the product feed
Ran branded search to capture warm intent buyers
Launched YouTube retargeting for past visitors and cart abandoners
Tracked cross-platform attribution in GA4
📊 Google Ads ROAS: 6.7 from warm traffic alone
Step 3: Automation & Data Sync
We connected everything:
Shopify + Klaviyo
Shopify + GA4
Meta CAPI + TikTok Pixel
UTM tracking for every campaign and offer
Created a simple weekly report dashboard for the client
They could finally see everything in one place—sales, spend, ROAS, best products, returning customers.
The Results (First 30 Days)
In just one month after launching the full e-commerce experience, the brand saw a 4X increase in sales, jumping from approximately 72,000 EGP in manual DM-based sales to over 288,000 EGP through the new online store. The conversion rate on the Shopify store reached 3.2%, a strong result for a first-month launch with cold traffic.
Our Meta Ads campaigns delivered an impressive 5.1 ROAS, while TikTok Ads opened new customer acquisition at scale, delivering a 3.9 ROAS and feeding traffic into our other channels. Google Ads performed exceptionally well, with a 6.7 ROAS on warm-intent audiences through branded search and remarketing.
Meanwhile, email and SMS automation accounted for 27% of total revenue—all on autopilot. Most importantly, the brand went from spending hours every day replying to DMs and tracking orders manually, to running a smooth, scalable, fully automated system that worked while they slept.
Why It Worked

Turned followers into shoppers with a proper funnel
Matched the brand’s tone with visuals, creatives, and language
Connected every platform for data-informed growth
Focused on conversion, not just traffic
Final Words
They didn’t just get a website—they got a business that runs and grows on its own.
From chaotic message threads to a smooth, scalable sales engine…
That’s the Spell difference.
